印度一名8個月大女嬰被強姦，在接受3小時手術後在深切治療部留醫，目前情況穩定。女嬰的28歲表兄被捕，他已認罪。

事發是剛過去的星期日（28日），女嬰父母外出，一如往常，把女嬰交由姑姑照顧。女嬰母親回家後發現女嬰在嚎哭，衣服又染有血跡，隨即通知其丈夫並把嬰孩送院。警方表示，當日姑姑帶同28歲的兒子，也就是女嬰的表兄，來到他們家。據該名姑姑稱，她兒子抱了女嬰上房，她以為是和孩子玩耍。

女嬰父親質問28歲的被告時，他起初否認指控，但後來卻逃跑，警方在街上把他拘捕。他後來承認，在酒後侵犯女嬰。警方表示，疑犯堵住嬰兒的嘴巴，以確保她的尖叫聲不能被任何人聽到。

德里婦女委員會主席Swati Maliwal星期一晚上到醫院探望後表示，女嬰所受的創傷「非常可怕」。

Swati Maliwal表示，女嬰要接受3小時手術：「她的哭聲令人心碎，響徹整個深切治療部。體內器官傷得很嚴重。」

自2012年23歲女大學生被輪姦案後，印度加重了對性侵案的罰則，然而，聳人聽聞的強姦案仍不時發生。

Swati Maliwal呼籲總統莫廸進一步加重性侵的刑罰，以及加強警力打擊風化案。

The Leeds Library is a wonderful mix of the old and the new located at the very heart of a busy shopping centre.

It was founded in 1768 as a proprietary subscription library and is now the oldest surviving example of this sort of library in the British Isles. It boasts Joseph Priestley (1733-1804) as one of its original subscribers.  The collections are particularly rich in travel, topography, biography, history and literature. There are long runs of periodicals, popular novels, children’s books and Civil War pamphlets and Reformation Tracts. About 1,500 new books and audio/visual items are added every year most of which are recommended by the members.  A large proportion of the Library’s holdings is available for loan to its members. The Library became a charity on 1 July 2008.

The Leeds Library is just open for members only. However, if you want to visit before you join the member. There's a chance for you now. Library is open for public on every Thursday 5pm to 7pm.

Tours will be on the first Saturday and the middle Wednesday of each month. The latest tour will be held on 3rd & 14th of February. Book your place via the above website if interested.

第一高速限速每小時70英里，違者必收罰單。
新措施在打比郡（Derbyshire）試實行，所有測速攝像頭都是一星期7天24小時工作。交警表示，規例嚴格，有助於減少撞車。試點區域位於Tibshelf和Duckmanton的29A連結處。這種在聰明公路，也叫監控公路（Smart Motorways）。
去年，超速計算曾改革。以前，輕微超速人士本來可以1000鎊「封頂」。現在，主要公路上要是超速，就可能被罰款，並提高至2500鎊才封頂。最低的罰款是100鎊，但要扣3分。若3年內被扣滿12分，就會被釘牌。新手只有6分可以扣。新交規表明，最高處罰周薪175%的罰款。
輕犯者指的是超速每小時1至10英里者，可按照A組別罰款。若車輛在每小時限速30英里路段行駛每小時31至40英里，罰款從周薪的25%至周薪75%不等。
超速每小時11英里時至20英里者，若超速，可被罰周薪75%至125%不等。超速每小時22英里以上，可被罰周薪125%至175%不等。扣分也有分段。A組別（Band A）扣3分，B組別（Band B）因應情況扣4至6分，C組別（Band C）被罰扣6分。對所有駕齡不足兩年的駕駛者來說，C組扣分足以立即釘牌。新交通規則實施，在主要高速公路超速，最高罰款2500鎊。

New round-the-clock 24-hour speed cameras are in operation on the M1 in Derbyshire in an effort to reduce the number of car crashes.
The cameras on the section of smart motorway are switched on permanently even when there isn’t a variable speed limit in force, the Derby Telegraph reported.

Just saw the news today, some of the beggars and rough sleeper who actually got their own home. However, due to peoples keep giving them money. Some of them they can get about £100/day. So they keep staying on the street instead going home.

<Is the money you give is really helping them?>
Do you know when you give them money, what they’re using for? Some of the beggars may buy food or drink. But some of them will buy drugs or alcohol. Many organisations giving them helping hand with food, drink, sleeping place and shower. So, if you don’t know what they use the money for, then “Don’t give”. Maybe you just encourage them to keep having drug and alcohol. If you really want to help, donate it to the organisation who can help.

＜英工作假期計畫，香港今年首輪登記展開＞

英國每年給予特區護照持有人1000個名額。
香港勞工處宣布，將於2月20日開始，接受香港／英國工作假期計畫「贊助者證明」的新一輪登記。
持有特區護照的青年人如有意申請英國「青年流動計畫」，可於2月20日至3月5日期間（包括首尾兩天），向勞工處遞交「贊助者證明」登記，以便向英國當局申請第5級別「青年流動計畫」的簽證。
按照香港與英國的協定安排，香港的青年人可申請英國第5級別「青年流動計畫」的簽證，以獲取可在英國逗留最多兩年的資格。逗留期間，參加者可從事短期工作以賺取旅費、修讀自資課程及/或參與義務工作。英國當局每年給予香港特區護照持有人1000個名額。

成日我都會見到啲post教大人多啲從👶👱嘅角度去看，老公亦都同我講，仔仔而家會同我哋做嘅嘢，大個啲就未必肯，呢兩個道理我成日都記响心。
尋日同👶放工去馬莎買嘢，行行下我😘佢，佢同我講佢好embarrass，人哋會😆佢，我即刻想起老公同我講嘅道理，然後我同👶講，有咩好怕羞，😘好正常，其他人都不知幾鐘意有人😘，結果我👶一邊行，一邊係咁要我😘，超攪笑。

呢件事亦令我想起上次同👶去Lightwater Valley （主題公園）玩，一去到我見到咁舊，我就驚👶會唔鐘意，點知👶都唔知玩得幾開心，玩完即日已經話要下星期放假再嚟過，呢件事令我想起細個去荔園玩時，雖然好舊，但從來唔會話嫌棄，嫌舊只係我哋大家加上去嘅想法，👶👱好多時都係受身邊人影響而改變自己嘅想法，所以各位家長要多多享受呢刻小朋友同你一齊做嘅一切（我而家每晚都好享受同👶huggie time😊😊），下一秒可能就唔一樣啦。
